Hello!
My name is Jenny Fick and I have been teaching for the past 12 years. This will be my 9th year teaching 4th grade at Turtle Lake.
I received my B.S. and Masters in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!). I enjoyed the opportunity to study abroad in Toledo, Spain where I completed my minor in Spanish Studies.
I taught 3rd grade for my first 3 years of teaching in the Columbia Heights school district, where I collaborated in a "Learning Studio" that focused heavily on fostering 21st century skills.
I live in New Brighton with my husband, Rob, and my two kids, John (6) and Nora (3). We have the best Yellow Lab, Millie, and a very snuggly cat, Milo. :) In my free time I love hanging out with my family at the cabin, visiting with friends, and traveling.
