Kristin Grove:
My name is Kristin Grove and I teach ECFE and a 4/5 year old Pre-K class. I live here in Morris with my husband Tim, my three children, and a cat named Sven. This will be my 10th year at Morris Area Pre-K / ECFE! I truly enjoy watching my students make friends, discover something new, and learn through PLAY!
I have been teaching children for 20+ years! I grew up in Rapid City (SD) and graduated from SDSU (Human Development and Child/Family Services) and the University of Sioux Falls (Elementary Education).
I enjoy family time, watching sporting events, reading, chocolate and coffee, going for walks, and being able to do what I love....TEACH!
Tammy Radtke-Looker:
Hello! My name is Tammy Radtke-Looker and this is my fifth year teaching Pre-K in Morris.
I was born and raised in Morris and moved back "home" with my husband and two daughters in 2014.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree at Bemidji State University. I am licensed to teach Pre-K through 6th grade. After college, I taught kindergarten and ECFE for 14 years in Northome, MN. After returning to Morris, I taught 2nd grade in Hancock for one year and did child care for almost 2 years before returning to the classroom fall of 2018.
I enjoy spending time with family, friends, being outdoors (camping, walking, snowshoeing), and TEACHING!
I'm super excited to be teaching at Morris. GO TIGERS!
Paula Hamm:
My name is Paula Hamm. I live on a hobby farm 5 miles north of Morris with my husband Eric and our 2 children, Emily and Sean. I enjoy spending time with my family, taking long walks with my dogs, and taking silly pictures of my chickens, goats, and cats!
I am a licensed teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and I have worked with children for many years as a daycare provider and preschool teacher. I am excited to be teaching preschool and ECFE at Morris Area Elementary School this year!
Michele Hickman:
My name is Michele Hickman. I will be teaching Pre-K and ECFE classes this year. This is my first year teaching Pre-K in Morris. I have taught 1st grade in Morris for the past 3 years and worked in Community Education as the Youth Coordinator for seven years before moving to the classroom. I am so fortunate to work with the students in our community each and every day, and I am looking forward to another adventure-filled year.
Outside the classroom, my husband Cody and I are kept busy by our three children and chocolate lab. We love spending time outdoors, at the lake, and with our families. Here's to a great year!
