Please label these items with your child’s name

• Water bottle with covered mouthpiece

• Velcro Tennis Shoes

• Small blanket for rest time (half-day students do not need this item)

• 3-ring binder (size 1”) 

• 1 wide-ruled notebook 

• 1 plastic pocket folder (take home folder-to stay in backpack)

• 1 BACKPACK  (**school age size - large enough to fit winter gear, extra clothes, shoes, blanket, and papers)

These items will be shared collectively in the classroom - Do not label. Please bring what is listed, no extras needed at this time - storage limited.

• 1 glue bottle

• 2 glue sticks

• 1 box of Crayola washable markers (8 count)

• 1 box Dixie Cups (5 oz. size only)

• 2 roll of paper towels

• 1 package of white card-stock paper (8” X 11”) 

• 1 Kleenex box

• 1 package of napkins

• 1 container of disinfectant wipes (85 wipe count)

• 1 container baking Soda

• 1 container of shaving cream 

• 1 container of cornstarch

• 1 cream of tartar

• 1 box quart ziplock bag
