Being exposed to the adult lifestyle too early forced me to imagine myself as a grown up in order to normalise the experience.

Emulating my experiences within my sketchbook and the feeling of being an adult in a child's body led me to explore an adult and child role reversal through imagery.
The concept of an adult and child role reversal led me to recreate traditional checkered prints as though they were designed by children. I created loose and abstract lines using bright, contrasting colours that a child would use.
Exploring adult diapers was the perfect example of an adult and child role reversal. I began draping adult diapers on the human body to create different shapes and silhouettes, leading to many design ideas.
