Draping using pillows to create shapes and design ideas - the use of pillows was inspired by the images of the girls using pillows to protect themselves when skating, which was clearly the act of an overprotective parent.

Design ideas developed from collaging my draped images to create silhouette and print ideas. Throughout designing I aimed to create clothing that covered the majority of the model's body in large structured shapes to convey the idea of an overprotective parent dressing their child to keep them out of harm's way.
