Lead Producer. Onboarding and hiring new staff members in Arts Engagement, Casting, and Company Management. Serving on the KCRep Leadership team and IDEA Committee. As Associate Artistic Director, responsibilities have included leading the hiring, onboarding, and supervision of directors, associate and assistant directors, dialect coaches, choreographers, and other artistic collaborators across two full seasons of KCRep programming. This role has overseen and shepherded the producing process for all productions during this period, serving as the primary liaison between creative teams and every KCRep department throughout the production lifecycle. Additional contributions include providing hospitality and comprehensive support for all guest artists, maintaining strong cross‑departmental communication, and serving as a key thought partner in shaping future educational and engagement programming, long‑term facilities planning, strategic partnerships, and organizational artistic strategy.

BISHOP ARTS THEATRE CENTER (Managing Director) | June - September 2022
Facilities and employee management. Maintained existing programs and developed future programming. Wrote and submitted grants for existing and future education programs, including becoming a recipient of the Texas Commission on the Arts. Cultivated new donors to the organization (Hal and Diane Brierley, Addy Foundation) and re-engagement with past donors to fulfill grant obligations through High Tech High Heels. Maintaining and growing our CRM system, and strategizing potential donors, and partnerships. Managed the annual one-day North Texas Giving Day logistics with board and staff. Efforts raised $41,000 for the year. Prepared program, and show budget for Curse of the Puerto Ricans. Managed a three person leadership team (Arts Education, Marketing, Arts Producing/Facilities), Managing Associate, two interns, twenty volunteers, and fifteen part-time contractors. Ran weekly meetings, departmental one-on-one meetings, and weekly grants meetings. Managed hiring, on-boarding, evaluation, payroll, and hiring retention efforts for full time, and part time staff. Managed all Arts Education registration for the summer (acquiring $15,000 in revenue for June-July 2022). Maintained relationships with national leaders, and key stakeholders in the community. Served on the Bishop Arts Cultural District planning committee.

Over day to day operations, general management, artistic producing and program management for the company locally, nationally, and internationally. DALLAS THEATER CENTER (Director of Education) | 2015 - 2021
Experience in developing and supervising education programming regional theater, including Project Discovery, The Skokos and South Oak Cliff Learning Lab, Summerstage, classes, clubs, and other Education & Engagement programs as developed. In 2017, while in leadership, Project Discovery earned the Regional Tony Award for that year. Manage finances, spaces and educational programming for the institution. Hire, train, and supervise teaching artists and speakers for events. Creating and implementing new education initiatives in alignment with DTC’s mission, vision, and values, as well as in dialogue with community needs and trends. Maintaining partnerships in the arts and education community by acting as a liaison between the company and various high schools and cultural institutions. Developed the first August Wilson Monologue workshop in Dallas in conjunction with SMU, African American Rep, and the schools in the Dallas/Ft.
