“I don’t think there’s one route [to becoming a producer] at all. Every producer I’ve met has had a different background and it just adds to what they bring.”
- Alia Jones-Harvey

I approach my work as a practice of care. I partner with organizations to offer administrative, program, and project management; archival; educational; and artistic support that is rooted in compassion, equity, and deep understanding. I recognize that every organization carries its own history, challenges, and aspirations, and I take the time to listen, learn, and respond to what is truly needed.
My goal is not only to provide services but also to build trust and meaningful collaboration. I work holistically, honoring both process and people, and creating space for creativity, clarity, and sustainability to thrive. Through this work, I support organizations in strengthening their mission, aligning their values with their practices, and making a lasting, positive impact in their communities and the world.

Program Evaluator
Morgana worked with high school students in our musical theatre awards program and was a pillar of focus, generosity of spirit, and enthusiasm. Her ability to allow students the freedom to dig into themselves and their characters with self-compassion and understanding are impactful and unique way of approaching theatre performance. She speaks to a diverse range of students with specificity, allowing each to bring their own exact selves to the room. She’s a gift to work with! - Allison Bret, Broadway Dallas
During the time I have known and worked with her, I have been very inspired by and have learned a great deal from Morgana’s style of leadership and her recommendations. In her time with us, she has provided leadership during tough conversations, has been a voice for all, and has stepped up multiple times, offering a new and fresh perspective to leading a healthy organization. She is an authentic professional who is genuinely invested in helping other people succeed through her thoughtfulness and care. She is respectful and optimistic in peer-to-peer conversations and is dedicated to helping fulfill the organization’s mission. - Rachel Stanfield, Cedars Union
