Our Symphonic Band and Concert Band classes are mixed-grade ensembles. These classes are our "large ensembles" that present multiple concerts throughout the school year. Both bands consist of brass, woodwinds, and percussion. The bands demonstrate their skills at concerts each semester and both groups get evaluated annually at the GMEA District IV Large Group Performance Evaluation.

In addition to our concert band classes, we also have our percussion class. In percussion class, students are given opportunities to rehearse and perform a variety of repertoire in small ensembles. During marching band season, percussion students get extensive instruciton on their drumline and front ensemble music.
