To use any apps, add ons or extensions with your school account, you need to make sure they have a signed Data Privacy Agreement on file with the district. If you find something you want to use, follow this procedure:

1. Check the school’s data privacy list https://www.montvilleschools.org/page.cfm?p=1063 to see if they are approved already. (If they are, you can use them without further ado. If not, continue to next step)

2. Submit a help desk https://helpdesk.montvilleschools.org/ request with the name of the app/program, what it is used for, and the link to the homepage

3. Wait at this step until it is approved. You will be notified through the help desk and it will be updated on the data privacy page.
