Strength and conditioning is one of the most important keys that will determine whether a player will be successful in her career or not. Understanding the game and being able to execute the technical and tactical skills are very important. However, if you don't have the physical capacity to perform the tasks, these elements will not be executed efficiently. Injury prevention is also one of the greatest benefits you will receive from being an active player in this area.
Our coaches will help you to better prepare and train your body to handle practices and games which will decrease the chances of you getting hurt. Being healthy and strong is important for both beginners and advanced players. It will be a determining factor in the victory of a team that is technically similar to their opponent.
