The mission of EVP is to provide our players the resources and the environment where they can develop not only as an athlete but as an overall individual. We strongly believe that youth athletics helps to shape young athletes’ characters through discipline, determination, and accountability.
The goal of EVP is to develop each and every athlete on and off the court. Our coaching staff and administrators believe that the lessons taught on the court can be applied to daily life. It is our focus to teach each athlete the fundamentals of volleyball, teamwork, respect, communication, and determination.
