Welcome to Spanish class! Me llamo Señora Jones.

My name is Mrs. Jones, and I am your student’s Spanish teacher.

It is going to be an exciting school year!   ¡Vamos a aprender!

Every other day, for fifteen minutes, Kindergarten, first and second grade students will have their Spanish class.  

Students will learn the Spanish language and culture through a variety of interactive lessons and activities.
They will learn conversational Spanish that will be used in daily life experiences.
We will focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension. 

Students will also discover and explore the various cultures and traditions of the Spanish speaking countries around the world. 

This foundation will propel interest and encourage students to continue learning Spanish in middle school and high school.
