Kati Morton is a licensed therapist making informative and relatable videos about mental health. She believes that mental health shouldn't have stigma attached to it and that "You're worth the fight!"
This is a popular channel (nearly 7 million subscribers) that offers hundreds of free yoga lessons. Adriene has a huge library of lessons and uploads new videos all the time. The lessons range in length from 10 minutes to about an hour, with many in the 20-30 minute range.
This channel has almost 150 videos that in 3-5 minutes provide helpful advice about a variety of mental health issues. The videos feature colorful animation and target both general subjects (e.g., anger management) and specific situations (e.g., being single on Valentine's Day).
