Collaborative Well-Being Video Series

  • In partnership to support our students, families and communities in Becker, Monticello, Elk River and Big Lake Schools, our school districts have collaborated to create a Well-Being video series. We are uniting alongside local healthcare professionals from CentraCare and Central Minnesota Mental Health Center, as well as our community’s STIR organization.

  • Our Well-Being video series will focus on one letter from “present” every week. We are focusing on “present” because the concept of “being where your feet are” is so important since mindful awareness is key to both appreciation and change.

Local Mental Health Providers

If you are interested in accessing services from one of the providers listed below, please contact them directly for additional information and to ensure they accept your insurance provider. In addition:

  1. Your family doctor can help. Physicians can do an evaluation of your child’s physical and mental health and can discuss methods of treatment if necessary.

  2. You may need a referral from your insurance company prior to accessing counseling services or comprehensive mental health assessments. Please contact your medical insurance provider (phone number is on the back of your health insurance card) to determine if a referral is needed.
