Magazine Layout

Goal: You will each create a magazine spread (two side-by-side) pages containing written articles, created/photographed images, and original content based on a chosen category about MHS.

Project Criteria:

- A two-page spread about a topic regarding MHS that you have written about, Exported and turned in as a .pdf

- You must write at least 200 words for your own individual spread. Pairs & groups must accumulate ~600 words

- You may work individually, or work with 1-2 other students to create several pages in a magazine with similar color schemes, fonts and layouts.

However, each student is still responsible for designing two pages.

- All photographs must be original, personal content. (Use your cell phone camera). If you wish to create a collage, images or vector illustrations,

the images must be drastically modified from the original found images on the internet and feel as original as possible.

- You may type out your content in Microsoft Word (use spell check, please!) and then copy & paste it into InDesign for use.
