Last semester's theme for pathway festivities was Sesame Street and the pathways were challenged to decorate their hubs with holiday decorations with a muppet twist, and the students rose to meet the challenge. All the hubs in the school were beautifully decorated by the various students of the pathways, this was all in preparation for the annual pathway games that happened on December 16th 2025, the subsequent winner of the decorating contest was the Public and Legal Services pathway (PALS) with their cookie monster themed decorations edging out Health Sciences Big Bird decor, ACE’s trash themed Oscar the Grouch decorations, and CHEF’s Elmo’s World inspired ornaments
The games kicked off with an insane relay race and the pathways tried their best, bumping the balloons across the quad, flipping cups to place to land in a riveting game of Tic Tac Toe. The results ended with the Culinary and Hospitality pathway, or CHEF, as the victors with the Architecture and Engineering pathway, or ACE, as the runners-up. The following game was a ring catch. The game was to race towards the middle of the quad trying to snatch rings while students attempted to smack the runners with pool noodles. If caught, they were forced to go back in line and try again. Results ended with a close match again with CHEF and ACE, with CHEF edging out ACE and barely pulling out the win. Seems like these standings are not what students were predicting earlier in the year as most voted ACE winning the games and CHEF winning the decorating contest.
Finally the Pathway games finishes off with a riveting balloon battle royale. A balloon on each ankle with two representatives for each pathway, it was a battle for the ages. Through all the backstabbing and alliances a final fight emerged. CHEF vs Health Sciences , the two remaining fighter’s duel fought for seemingly hours but in the end Health Sciences emerged victorious. ASB tallied up the points and the winner of the 2025 Winter Pathway games was CHEF followed by Health Sciences, ACE, and then PALS.
