As the year-long capstone course of the Business Management Pathway, this class synthesizes advanced business concepts with practical leadership development. Students engage in comprehensive business plan development, financial analysis, ethical decision-making, and strategic marketing campaigns. Through active involvement with FBLA competitive events, industry guest speakers, and formal pitch presentations to community members, students build a professional portfolio and hone post-secondary college and career readiness skills.
