I AM A CURRENT USER OF G SUITE APPS

(such as the Gmail app for your personal Gmail Account)

Tap the Gmail app on your iPhone, and then tap the the upper left corner of the app.

From there, click the dropdown ▽ at the end of your current account’s email address, and then tap Manage Accounts.

Tap + Add Account and enter in your @alphamediausa.com work email credentials. Follow the instructions to complete logging in.




Once your work account has been added, toggle on both accounts and then tap DONE in the upper left corner.

When managing two accounts at a time, the Gmail app keeps both accounts completely separate. However, you will conveniently have a small circle representing your other account -- along with current unread mail indicator-- that you could tap at any time in order to view your other account.

I am not a current user of G Suite apps on my iOS device

On your phone, go to the App Store and search for “Google.” We recommend downloading Gmail and Google Calendar.

Note: You may want to preserve data by downloading these apps when you have Wifi access.




Once the apps have downloaded, launch the Gmail app and follow the instructions to complete logging in with your @alphamediausa.com work credentials. After the Gmail app has been set up, continue logging in to the other Google apps you installed in order to connect them to your work account as well.
