DUTIES:
1. Assume the A.S.B. Presidential position and responsibilities upon the absence of the elected A.S.B. President.
2. Serve as the secondary student representative for Eastmont Intermediate School, Montebello.
3. Serve as Chairperson for all Spirit Week activities.
4. Attend daily leadership monthly leadership meetings.
5. Serve as an assistant on the creation of the yearly activity calendar.
6. Attend school assemblies and be prepared to co-present to Student Body.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Maintain a grade point average of 3.0 for each grading period from the time of petitioning for the job until your final grading period.
2. Maintain eligibility for behavior by following all TIGER PRIDE expectations.
3. Extra time available before and after school.
4. Must be a 7th or 8th grade student.
5. Be able to present speeches with President to Student Body.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
1. Must be a good student role model.
2. Must be a confident speaker in front of large groups.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with others (peers and adults).
4. Must demonstrate leadership abilities effectively.
5. Must have the desire to be a doer and motivate others.
6. Must be able to manage time well and have time outside of leadership class.
7. Must have high energy and the ability to delegate authority.
