Attendance:
All members are expected to attend every monthly leadership meeting. Members may be excused for emergencies or if they are absent from school due to illness.
If officers are going to be absent, they should notify Mrs. Perez prior to the meeting.
Members that miss meetings without telling Mrs. Perez will get an “unexcused absence” for the day.
1 missed meeting – warning
2 missed meetings – probation (loss of voting rights)
3 missed meetings – will be asked to step down
GPA:
All members will be expected to maintain a minimum of 2.5 GPA through the duration of their term. Grade checks can be conducted at any time. Executive members must meet required GPA expectations for the duration of their term. Members and Executive members that are not meeting GPA requirements will be given 3 weeks to raise their GPA. Failing to do so will result in probation. If an officer fails to meet the GPA requirement by the end of the quarter, they will be asked to resign.
Behavior:
ASB Executive members AND members are expected to follow school Tiger Pride Expectations and lead Eastmont Intermediate students by example. ASB Executive members and members that cause problems during school time (e.g. referrals, suspensions, expulsion) will not be allowed to participate in ASB.
ASB Executive members and members that are disruptive during ASB meetings will be asked to leave.
