Tuition Incentive Program (TIP)
TIP is the abbreviation for the Tuition Incentive Program. This is a state based program that helps low-income students pay for college. A student is eligible for TIP if they have or were on Medicaid for 24 months out of a 36 month period. If you think you are eligible please talk to your College Adviser.
