We are so excited to welcome you back to a new school to help support you and your overall wellness! This website was created so that you can find tools and strategies for managing your emotions and feelings. The Wellness Center has a new location, Room 711 (The Foothill Center) still providing a safe space for you to express your feelings and/or concerns and to help you find mental health information/resources. It is available for drop in before school, during lunch, or after school. If you want to make an appointment to meet during class, please fill out the Student Self-Referral form below. Students with scheduled appointments will receive a MINGA pass for the Wellness Center. Some students are seen individually and others in groups. Most students will meet with Mrs. Ives but at times others will meet with a Wellness Center Intern.

MISSION: The Susan Hirsch Wellness Center promotes overall wellness offering a supportive space for students to collect their thoughts, regulate their emotions and gain healthy coping strategies to help build resilience.
