Welcome to the MCHS Drama Club website!
This club is meant for students who are interested in theatre. Many past Monroe Youth Theatre actors have been part of this club!
We are a Troupe #4051 of the International Thespian Society, part of the Educational Theatre Association. This is an honor society for students passionate about the performing arts. It is optional to join the Thespian Society section of the club. See more information below.
We attempt to hold one or two meetings per month, though this can vary due to school-related activities.
Club Dues:
New Members (non-Thespian Society) - $20.00
Thespian Society Members (first time fee) - $30.00*
Returning Members (all returning members) - $10.00
*Thespian Society members receive an official induction certificate and pen. They also receive cords to wear during graduation. They are also inducted into the International Thespian Society, an honor society, for life. Non-Thespian Society members do not receive these benefits.
