Position description
Support ANZ clinical team to deliver clinical research trials across the portfolio. Specifically:
• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Country Site Activation (CSA) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving or clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
• Assist CRAs and CSA team with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
• Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training.
• May perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members with clinical trial execution.
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (38 hours)
Key skills
· Working towards a degree in a Life Science related field.
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Candidate should have done some research into what a Contracts Specialist job entails.
