Objectives
Some of the world’s leading brands, such as Apple, Google and Samsung, rapidly adopted the design thinking approach. Design thinking is an iterative process in which you seek to understand your users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions which you can prototype and test.
Overall, the objectives of design thinking revolve around understanding users, identifying problems, generating innovative ideas, prototyping, testing, iterating, and ultimately delivering solutions that address real-world challenges effectively and empathetically.
