The Prehospital Administrative and Disaster Conference 2026 (PADCON 2026) is a professional conference dedicated to advancing knowledge, collaboration, and resilience in prehospital care, EMS administration, and disaster management. Organised by the College of Emergency Physicians, in partnership with Hospital Pulau Pinang and the Persatuan Petugas Pra Hospital Malaysia (NAPHCare), PADCON 2026 builds on the successful inaugural conference held in Alor Setar in 2024. Taking place in Penang, the conference has an expanded vision to bring together local and international participants, speakers, and industry partners.
This theme reflects the realities of prehospital and disaster care systems, where providers and organizations must remain resilient not only during major incidents and disasters but also through the persistent pressures of routine service delivery.
PADCON 2026 aims to provide a platform for meaningful discussion on service sustainability, operational resilience, leadership, disaster preparedness, and innovation in prehospital systems.
The National Pre-Hospital Care Championship is a high-impact emergency medical simulation competition that gathers prehospital responders, healthcare professionals, rescue agencies, and international teams from various backgrounds. This edition marks the 5th edition of its organization, reflecting the growing strength, continuity, and recognition of the championship over the years.
This championship challenges participants through realistic emergency scenarios involving medical, trauma, rescue, obstetric, pediatric, and mass casualty cases. Teams will be tested on their clinical skills, teamwork, communication, leadership, and decision-making in fast-paced prehospital situations.
Beyond competition, this event also serves as a platform for learning, collaboration, and professional networking among emergency responders while promoting excellence and preparedness in prehospital emergency care.
The event will be held in conjunction with PADCON 2026.
