Each team must consist of 5 members.
Malaysian Team is RM 1500 per team. 
International Team is USD 1000 per team.
The fees above include;
- 2-night accommodation (check-in on October 13, check-out on October 15)
- 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and tea time)
- PADCON conference admission tickets

Early Bird discount fee (valid until August 17, 2026)
or with an ePoster abstract submission is:
- RM 150 (Local)
- USD 100 (International).

Normal rate fee is RM 200 (Local) and USD 120 (International).
