Welcome to PADCON 2026 — the Prehospital Administrative and Disaster Conference, taking place at White Resort Camp, Balik Pulau, Penang on 14–15 October 2026.

Prehospital care professionals today work in an increasingly demanding environment. Rising service expectations, limited resources, complex patient needs, workforce pressures, system coordination challenges, and the growing risk of disasters all test the ability of our services to provide safe, timely, and sustainable care. Building a resilient system requires more than clinical capability; it requires strong leadership, effective administration, collaboration, preparedness, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

Guided by the theme, “Sustaining Care in Everyday Pressure and Crisis,” PADCON 2026 brings together prehospital care providers, EMS leaders, disaster responders, healthcare administrators, educators, researchers, and industry partners to explore practical solutions for the challenges faced both in daily operations and major emergencies.
