Our annual Aesthetics week, M.A.D. About Arts 2022 was successfully held in Term 3!

P1 : Flash Mob

During recess, the Primary 1s enjoyed mass dances!

They danced along to the Mexican Hat Dance and Baby Shark.

During music classes, students also learned about different additional music topics and tried out new instruments.

Canvas Painting: Together We Create @Recess

Students were invited to paint a Tiong Bahru estate and artist style De Stijl-inspired artwork during their recess!

Canvases were set up along the walkway near the canteen.

P2 : Flash Mob

During recess, the Primary 2s enjoyed dancing along to the Chicken Dance!

During music classes, students also learned about different additional music topics and tried out new instruments.

P3 to 6: Open Mic @Recess

P3 to P6 students were invited to perform in front of their schoolmates during recesses. We had many amazing musicians showcasing their skills in singing, violin or piano playing!

Teachers were also invited to perform.

Kao International Environment Painting Contest

During art lessons, students participated in the Kao Contest. The theme is on "Let's Make our Environment Sustainable, Together!", in line with Zhangde's Applied Learning Programme, Environment Outreach.

Your art teachers will be submitting all of your artworks for the competition in end-August.

They will also be picking the top 3 best artworks from each class and these students will be given a small prize!
