Experience the thrill of Lion Dance at Valour Primary School!
Our Aim:
To develop physical fitness and coordination
To learn teamwork and discipline
To immerse the members in Chinese culture
To build confidence through performances
Students will learn Lion Dance movements, play the musical instruments like drum, gong, and cymbals, and participate in special performances during Chinese festivals and competitions. Our experienced instructor will guide students throughout their learning journey.

Chinese New Year 2025
Lion Dance performance during Chinese New Year Celebration 2025.
Our lion presented a lucky banner and two oranges to our Principal, Mrs. Wong, as part of the festive tradition.
Mid Autumn Festival 2024
Our very first performance! We began with a traditional 'Eye-Dotting' ceremony for our lions, followed by a thrilling and acrobatic showcase to kick off our Mid-Autumn Festival Night 2024.
Celebration of Learning 2024
Both of our Lions took the stage for the Celebration of Learning 2024.
It was undoubtedly the highlight of the day!
Punggol West National Day Observance Ceremony 2025
Our Lion Dance team made their debut performance outside of school to an enthusiastic audience of Punggol residents, who were thoroughly impressed by the students' skills and dedication.
