A few items to observe:
Concentric magnetic field due to blue current-carrying wire, note the direction of field.
Concentric magnetic field generated by green wire.
Region of interaction between one wire (eg. green) and the magnetic field generated by the other wire (eg. blue).
Use FLHR to check the direction of the magnetic force.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.

Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Pivot (purple)
Direction of magnetic force on wire within red magnetic field
Weight of blue object generating a clockwise moment
Magnetic force generating an anticlockwise moment to keep entire setup horizontal.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Initial velocity before entering
How the direction of velocity changes as the charge enters the magnetic field.
Shape of the path taken by the charge within the magnetic field.
Path taken by charge after it exits the magnetic field.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Adjust angles theta and omega to change the direction of the current.
Note how the magnitude of the magnetic force changes.
Check using FLHR.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Notice how the direction of current in the moving coil switches direction when the coil is almost vertical. (due to black & white split ring commutator)
Notice how the switch in current direction in the coil helped to change the direction of the magnetic force so that a consistent direction of moment is generated on the coil.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Current in the coil doesn't change direction.
The moment generated on the coil due to the magnetic force changes between clockwise to anticlockwise continuously causing the coil is oscillate without complete revolution.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Notice from top view that the charged particle goes in circular motion (due to the magnetic force)
From side view, the charge particle continues in the upwards linear motion parallel to the magnetic field.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.

A few items to observe:
Note the red magnetic force on the moving positive charge as it enters the red magnetic field.
Notice the green electric force on the moving positive charge as it enters green electric field.
As the magnetic and electric force cancels out, the particle passes through undeflected without experiencing net force.
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
A few items to observe:
Initially, the positively charge particle moves in at the correct speed = E/B (at v=10) and goes through undeflected.
Increase the speed using the slider, note how the forces changes and hence the resultant path of the charge. (note that green for electric field and electric force; red for magnetic field and magnetic force).
Usage:
Right mouse button to pan around to see the directions of the magnetic field, forces, etc.
Scrollwheel to zoom for a closer view.
