REPORTING OF LOST DEVICE

Students have to make a police report if the PLD is lost.
Inform FTs so that the School ICT Team can disable PLD from unauthorised usage.
For Acer PLDs: Email Acer Service Centre acercare.sg@acer.com with police report.
For Lenovo PLDs: Email Lenovo Helpdesk aseansg@lenovo.com and cc pdlplenovo@asiapac.com.sg with police report and proof of purchase.
