Students can proceed to self-reset their password in MIMS portal. Visit https://mims.moe.gov.sg/sspr and follow the instructions in the slides on the left.

What can students do if they forgot their password?
Students can inform their form teacher or subject teacher to help in resetting of password.
What is my Username?
Your username is your MIMS account eg, ANDY_TAN@students.edu.sg (your_name@students.edu.sg)
Account is LOCKED?
Contact your class form teacher or subject teacher. Your teacher will inform your school's SLS administrator who will be able to unlock your account.
