Students can seek help from our school-based service desk. The Desktop Engineers (DE) will perform basic troubleshooting and will assist in logging a case with the contractor if needed. The DEs are located at:

Students can submit the online fault reporting for PLD. Click here to submit.
An appointment will be arranged with the student for troubleshooting.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the new service centre?
No, there is no need to book an appointment. The new service centre operates on a self-service concept, designed to minimise waiting time for customers. Simply walk in during operating hours to receive assistance.
How do I get to the service centre?
• By MRT: The nearest MRT station is Bendemeer Station (Downtown Line).
It’s about a 5-minute walk to CTHub from the station.
• By Bus: Bus services 13, 23, 67, 125, and 133 stop near CTHub
• By Car: CTHub offers parking facilities. Enter via Kallang Avenue, and parking is available at an hourly rate.

Students are to inform the school-based service desk whenever there is a replacement or change of device.
Replacement or change of devices can be under any of the circumstances listed below:
Replacement of device covered under insurance by contractor
Replacement of device by parents for device not covered under insurance or insurance period has ended
Students who are using their own devices which were not procured from PDLP Device Bulk Tender changing to another device.
