Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in applying as a Parent Volunteer (PV) with Admiralty Primary School under the Phase 2B Parent Volunteer Scheme. Please read the details below.
1. Application Eligibility and Period:
a. The Phase 2B PV application is for children* registering for Primary One in year 2025.
*Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident born between 2 Jan 2019 and 1 Jan 2020
(both dates inclusive).
b. Application period is from 2 January 2024**.
**As there are limited number of PV vacancies, the school may close the application form if we receive an overwhelming number of applications.

2. Application Outcome Notification:
Please note that incomplete and late application will not be considered.
All applicants will be notified of the application outcome via email by 31 May 2024. All successful applicants will be required to attend a pre-admission briefing. You will be informed of this briefing at a later date.
3. PV Service Period:
Service Period: 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
PV must complete 40 hours of voluntary service by either one or both parents which comprises of
· At least 10 hours of Compulsory Duties (Gate/Traffic)
· 30 hours of Ad-Hoc duties
Please note that successful completion of the Parent Volunteer Scheme only accords the eligibility to register at Admiralty Primary School under Phase 2B of the Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise. This does not guarantee your child of a place in our school and will be subjected to balloting should the number of applicants be greater than vacancies during Phase 2B Registration.
