1. The following changes are put in place to allow a more equitable distribution of duties to our parent volunteers. We request your understanding on this matter.
How do we communicate available duties and confirmed list?
2. The list of the routine duties for the following month will be published 1-2 weeks before the end of the month for 2 full days. PVs will be informed via WhatsApp message when it is up on our website.
3. PVs may submit their availability for those duties that they wish to participate via Google Form. Should the PV make more than one submission, we will only consider the latest submission. The earlier submission(s) will be voided. Submissions from parents from the same family will not be overridden but their submissions will be combined and regarded as one.
4. The confirmed list of PVs performing the duties will be published on Day 5.
How will duties be allocated?
5. Each PVs will be allocated a duty of their choice, if available. If there are still duties available, they will be allocated to those PVs who have expressed interest for more than one duty.
6. Where there are more volunteers than available duties, priority will be given to those that sign up first.
7. As of now, Traffic/Gate and Canteen duties will be allocated separately.
