Teaching and Learning

At KCPSS, the Science Department uses our programmes to complement the teaching and learning that occurs in the classrooms. In addition to the array of programmes offered to students throughout the year, our teachers also bring the Joy of Learning into the classroom setting.

As we emerge stronger from the pandemic, our team of teachers continues to strive to improve the teaching craft in and out of our classrooms, whilst aiming for relevance to learn scientific concepts through a variety of methods. Through these lessons, not only knowledge is imparted, we use teachable moments to highlight essential skills required in a 21st century learner.
