❓ I don’t remember where I last left my Chromebook (PLD)
🗨️ What should I do if I lost or misplaced my Chromebook (PLD)?
🚶Step 1: Check with teachers at General Office & IT Office
I’ll check with the General Office or the IT Office (Level 2, outside Staff Room 1 near MeExpression) to see if anyone found or handed in my missing Chromebook (PLD).
If my Chromebook is still missing, I will proceed to Step 2.
🧾 Step 2: Request Proof of Purchase from IT Teacher at IT Office
I need to find the IT teacher to get my proof of purchase, so I can show that I bought my Chromebook through the school.
📝 Step 3: Make a Police Report
I need to make a police report for my missing Chromebook (PLD). I should include when and where I last saw it.
📨 Step 4: Email Lenovo Helpdesk with Police Report and Proof of Purchase
I will follow the email template below before emailing to pdlplenovo@asiapac.com.sg and aseansg@lenovo.com for the replacement Chromebook.
