In 2025, our VIA programme placed stronger emphasis on student and teacher agency, empowering them to design and carry out meaningful projects. VIA efforts were conducted mainly through smaller groups, CCAs, and student leadership groups, allowing students to take ownership and deepen their impact. For our younger learners in P1 and P2, projects were carried out at the class level, providing age-appropriate opportunities to learn empathy and responsibility together.
