All the bones in our body make up the skeletal system!
The skeletal system helps to
protect important organs in our body
provides our body with a shape
Fun fact: Babies are born with 300 bones but as you grow older, you will have lesser bones!
Your bones did not disappear but rather, the small bones fused together to form longer and much stronger bones!
We are able to move every part of our body (both inside and outside) because of the muscles in our muscular system!
Fun fact: It takes 43 muscles to smile and 17 to frown. Which means you burn more calories when you smile!
So, go out and make someone's day with your smile!
