<ANNOUNCEMENT> Registration for Exercise & Sports Science (ESS) Selection Trial will be opened in Term 3.
When you take ESS as a subject, you will actually learn about life-skills (i.e. candidates will be assessed individually on: their ability to analyse factors affecting their performance; design, implement and evaluate a 4 to 5-week training plan to improve their chosen practical activity; and consolidate their learning in order to make recommendations for improvement). You will learn on how to keep fit and healthy, something that many people today struggle to do and understand. If you love sports, this subject will teach you how to reach our potential through scientific means, not just by guessing or trial and error method. Your ESS Teachers will walk this journey with you!
