Assessment Objectives

The format of the national examination comprises two compulsory components:

1. Theory component (40%): E-Examination Paper 

2. Practical component (60%): Coursework and Developmental Log – 2 practical activities consisting of

        a. One Individual Sport such as Cross Country Running, Table Tennis or Badminton etc.

        b. One Team Sport such as Basketball, Volleyball and Netball etc.
