Participating schools will have 'edit' access to their own school folders.
You will be able to upload and delete files, create new folders and reorganise the files in your own school's folder.
You will not be able to change the sharing settings. (i.e. You will not be able to share the folder with other colleagues, or with your own personal Gmail account. This is to prevent our files from being leaked to non-MOE personnel.)
Participating schools will have 'view' access to folders not belonging to their school.
You will be able to view, download, print all exam papers in the folder.
You will not be able to upload and delete files, create new folders, reorganise the files, or change the sharing settings in other schools' folders.
In June, a reminder email will be sent to schools that have not uploaded their MYE papers. We understand that it can get very busy during term time but we hope you will upload your papers in a timely manner so that all of us can benefit from the exam sharing folder.
In November, if a school's folder is still empty, the school will be blacklisted and its access will be revoked. This system will make it fair to the schools who faithfully share.
Do NOT request for access.
Check that your school's name and email is in the list above.
Check with your HOD or exam sharing coordinator that your email has been added to your school's Google Group. (I can't add your email for you - this is done internally by the school).
Check that you are accessing the folder using the correct Google account (e.g. ICON or school's Google account) and not your personal account. Switch accounts if this is the case.
If Steps 2-4 above fail, drop me an email at joji_mendoza@moe.gov.sg and explain the issue. Usually, screenshots of the error message help speed up the process.
