世界上有许多爱：父爱、母爱、师生爱、友爱......我特别珍惜与同学之间的友爱，这种友爱让我感到特别快乐和温暖，每当我在家待得无聊时，我就会想：如果同学能到我家来玩该多好呀！

There are many kinds of love in the world: fatherly love, motherly love, the love between teachers and students, friendship, and more. I particularly cherish the friendship I share with my classmates. This friendship brings me happiness and warmth. 我们家有三口人，家里有爸爸、妈妈和我。

我们家是温暖有爱的。我开心时，他们和我一起开怀大笑；难过时，他们给我拥抱，给我安慰；遇到困难时，他们给我鼓励，支持我克服困难，勇往直前；犯错误时，他们听我诉说，帮我分析，督促我进步。

我们家是多姿多彩的。爸爸妈妈经常陪伴我，我们一起聊天、阅读、运动、郊游。

我是一个从爱里长出来的孩子，爸爸妈妈的爱给了我无穷的力量，就像一双隐形的翅膀，伴我飞，飞向我喜欢的生活。

There are three people in our family - Dad, Mom, and me. Our home is filled with warmth and love. When I am happy, they laugh with me; when I am sad, they give me hugs and comfort; when I face difficulties, they encourage me and support me in overcoming them, helping me move forward. When I make mistakes, they listen to me, analyze with me, and push me to progress.

Our family life is vibrant. Mom and Dad often spend time with me, and we chat, read, play sports, and go on outings together. I am a child who has grown from love, and the love of my parents has given me infinite strength, like a pair of invisible wings that accompany me as I fly towards the life I love.

       青少年儿童是祖国的未来，拥有自信、自强的心理素养，懂得缓解心理压力和疏导不良情绪，对于他们的健康快乐至关重要。目前心理学家对心理健康的理解还缺乏统一的标准，但根据国内外的资料，我们可以归纳为智力正常、性格开朗、乐于交往、行为协调、反应适度、意志坚强等几个方面。

         图中的四幅小图分别从四个方面来展现心理健康：一是与同学交往中互帮互助共同成长；二是在生活中礼貌待人、尊老爱幼；三是在学习道路上全面发展，“五育”并举，丰富自己的人生；四是在家庭生活中有家人的陪伴，随时被爱包围，才能成就强大的内心。

      心理健康是发展良好的心里素质的前提和基础。有了这个前提和基础，才能快速帮助青少年树立正确的人生观和价值观，帮助青少年养成良好的行为习惯，更能从根源处减少青少年犯罪，让他们有坚毅的内心和抗击受挫的能力。

      从小我的爸爸妈妈就很注重我的心理健康，同时给予了我足够的关爱、尊重与信任。我希望所有的小朋友能和我一样，在享受美好学习生活的同时，也能够健康快乐地成长，这就是我画这幅作品的初衷。

Young children and teenagers are the future of our nation. Possessing confidence and mental resilience, understanding how to manage psychological stress and channel negative emotions, is crucial for their well-being. Currently, psychologists lack a uniform standard for mental health, but based on both domestic and international information, we can summarize it as having normal intelligence, an outgoing personality, a willingness to engage with others, coordinated behavior, moderate responses, and strong will, among other aspects.

The four images in the illustration each depict a facet of mental health. The first one shows students helping each other and growing together through social interactions. The second highlights polite and respectful behavior, especially toward elders and the young, in daily life. The third emphasizes comprehensive development in the educational journey, embracing the 'Five Developments' for a rich and fulfilling life. The fourth represents the importance of family support and love, surrounding individuals with care, nurturing strong inner selves.

Mental health is the foundation for developing a strong mental attitude. With this foundation, it becomes possible to quickly guide young individuals towards the right worldview and values, helping them cultivate good behavioral habits and reducing youth crime at its root. This equips them with inner strength and resilience in the face of setbacks.

From a young age, my parents have emphasized my mental health while providing me with love, respect, and trust. I hope all kids can enjoy a fulfilling learning experience and grow up to be happy and healthy, which is the primary intention behind creating this artwork.

Respecting and honoring one's parents and elders is a fundamental aspect of being a good person and a traditional virtue of the Chinese culture. 快乐的午餐

有一种幸福、叫美食的幸福，有一种味道叫妈妈的味道，每到开饭时间是我最开心的时候，因为妈妈为我和姐姐准备的饭菜都是我们爱吃的。   今天妈妈为我们准备了烤肉、小火锅、花卷、面包、冰激凌、水果和可口的柠檬茶，真是色香味俱全、百吃不厌。   我还要告诉你们一个小秘密，妈妈做的菜为什么这么好吃呢？因为妈妈放了一种特殊的调料，那就是-爱。

Food has a unique way of bringing happiness, and the flavor of a mother's cooking holds a special place in our hearts. Mealtime is the most joyful part of the day because the dishes my mom prepares for my sister and me are our absolute favorites. Today, Mom prepared a delightful feast for us, including barbecue, hot pot, steamed buns, bread, ice cream, fruits, and a refreshing lemon tea. It's a symphony of colors, scents, and flavors that never fails to satisfy.

向阳生长“心”力量

 “健康”分为两部分，“心理健康”是其中的一部分。

1.身体因素。2.个人性格。3.家庭因素。4.社会因素。都会引发儿童的心理问题。

其中家庭是孩子最重要的生活场所，父母在关注孩子身体生长和智力开发，以及物质生活的同时，还应该多多关注孩子心理健康的成长。家长工作忙碌，忽视儿童的正常心理需求，缺乏必要的亲子沟通和相互理解，教育不当，过分保护和过分要求，严厉惩罚都是造成儿童青少年情绪问题的原因。父母们尽量做到；多倾听、多理解、少说教。对孩子因抑郁而产生的一些负面态度或情绪保持理解态度，不应批评或者斥责、辱骂，多听听孩子的想法，多关心。

"Health" can be divided into two parts, with "mental health" being one of them. Several factors, including physical factors, personal characteristics, family factors, and social factors, can all contribute to children's mental issues.

Among these, the family is the most critical environment for a child. While parents focus on their children's physical growth, intellectual development, and material well-being, they should also pay close attention to their children's mental health. Busy working parents may inadvertently neglect their children's normal psychological needs, leading to a lack of essential parent-child communication and mutual understanding, improper education, excessive protection, excessive demands, and harsh punishment. These are all reasons for children and adolescents to experience emotional problems.

Parents should strive to listen more, understand more, and offer fewer lectures. When children exhibit negative attitudes or emotions due to depression, it's important for parents to maintain a supportive and understanding stance, refraining from criticism, rebuke, or humiliation, and instead, actively listen to the child's thoughts and concerns.
