SEC from 2027 onwards

It was announced in 2019 that with Full Subject Based Banding our students will sit for a common national exam and graduate with a common secondary school certificate. This is different from the current, where students will receive either the N-Level or the O-Level certificate. Singapore and Cambridge will co-brand this new certificate, known as the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate, (SEC) in short. And our current sec 2 students will be the first batch to receive this certificate.
