Students can engage the Desktop Engineer (DE) services for any PLD related issues only during school curriculum hours.
Do take note, only seek assistance from the DE helpdesk if you have tried to attempt your own troubleshooting & seek assistance from your class ICT Representative.
Inform the teacher regarding PLD issue.
The teacher will contact the school DE.
School DE will do a on-site visit to the venue to help assist with the students' PLD issues.
