Contact the school ICT Associate via e-mail (muhammad_haikal_razali@moe.edu.sg) or the ICT Helpdesk Centre to help unlock and reset the password.
Please check that your student iCON email & password is correct.
Inform your teacher if you require a password reset.

If you got locked out of your Chrome and unable to login again, do the following steps:
Login to your PLD, connect to the internet, perform a Manual Sync on the device using the steps below:
Search for “Access Work or School” using Search in the taskbar.
Click on student’s iCON email address then Info.
Click on Sync under Device Sync Status and allow sync to complete.
Verify that the Chrome browser icon appears on the desktop (up to 15 mins after sync)
Launch Chrome and create Chrome profile using their iCON email address
Check that the Blocksi extension appears
If you still encounter the same issue, contact the school IT helpdesk support.
If you see this error message, please do the following steps:
Click on the 3 dots located at the top right of the user profile icon.
Choose and select the Delete option.
Click on the user profile icon again to sign in to your student icon email account.
If you still encounter the same issue, contact the school IT helpdesk support.
Currently the DMA applies the default MOE settings which only allows the two software.
However, web-based productivity tools are available.

For easy screen capture - Use Shift+Windows+S keys on your keyboard (it will activate the snip tool)
You may have disabled it by accident.
Press and hold the Fn key, followed by the F8 key. (Fn + F8)
This will toggle between enabling and disabling the touchpad.
If your touch screen is not responding, perform the following steps:

Ensure that you allow meet.google.com to access your microphone and camera when you first join the online meeting.
