Pupil Data Form (Required for All students)

Accessible only by parents who have valid Singpass accounts. Each parent must individually login to the portal using his/her own Singpass account to submit particulars of himself/herself.

P1 Transition Form

BGPS is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment for your child. The P1 Transition Support Information Form allows us to ensure that every child receives the support and guidance that they require. Thus, we kindly request your assistance in completing this form. Your input is essential in helping us understand your child better and providing the best educational experience.

Edusave Standing Order Form (Required for all Singapore Citizen students)

Your child can use their Edusave funds for:

Enrichment programmes organised by their schools.
Miscellaneous fees for autonomous government and government-aided schools.

Parents/guardians can apply to use Edusave funds for payment of school fees and charges via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Edusave Standing Order Form.

GIRO Form (Only if applicable)

Parents/guardians will be able to apply for GIRO online for payment of school fees and charges. The link will be available through Parents Gateway (PG) app and in the MOE internet website (School fees | MOE). Parents will have up till 15 Jan 2024 to sign up for GIRO for the first deduction in Feb 2024.

This new digital service is available to account holders from BOC, DBS/POSB, MAY, OCBC, SCB, HSBC and UOB for a start.

Other bank account holders can complete a GIRO application form, and submit the original signed form to our school.
