Our final day in Bali began with a warm, hearty breakfast — the perfect way to start our last morning together. Although a gentle rain interrupted our al fresco plans, it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits! Laughter and good vibes filled the air as we shared one last meal at the hotel before checking out.
Before heading to the airport, we made a stop at the famous Krisna Oleh Oleh, a gigantic one-stop shop for all things Balinese. From vibrant clothing and quirky souvenirs to delicious local snacks and beautiful handicrafts, we were spoiled for choice! We had a blast hunting for the perfect gifts for our families and friends back home.
As our journey came to a close, we shared a special moment on the bus with Mr Susila, our amazing guide and driver throughout the trip — or as we now fondly call him, Pak Su. To thank him for his kindness, patience, and infectious warmth, we sang him our version of Rasa Sayang. It was a heartfelt send-off, and many of us felt a little emotional saying goodbye. We’ll truly miss him!
After a smooth two-hour flight filled with laughter (and a yummy lunch), we finally touched down in Singapore. As much as we’ll miss the beauty and culture of Bali, it feels good to be back home again with our families and friends too. 💖
Thank you, Bali, for an unforgettable adventure!
