(B) Art Enrichment Programmes in Art & Crafts Club

Our Art & Crafts Club is a CCA that welcomes students from P3 onwards who are passionate about stretching their experience in visual art. Our teachers and instructors in Art & Crafts Club are dedicated to supporting our students in their development of artistic skills & thinking dispositions through exposure to a wide array of art forms/medium, as well as, meaningful art discussions and art journaling.

Our members are also provided with opportunities to participate in various art competitions and art-related projects at school-wide/community/national level to exhibit their artistic talents. At the end of their journey with us, our members will not only graduate with a good appreciation for the art but also a portfolio that documents their artworks and accumulated experiences in art learning.

As such, we strongly encourage students to join Art & Crafts Club, especially if they are keen on leveraging their talent in visual art for admission into selected secondary schools that are niche in art.

The Award, funded by Temasek Foundation Nurtures (TFN), seeks to create opportunities for young pupils who demonstrate an interest or potential in dance or visual arts to be exposed and enriched by early arts education. Every year, our art teachers would nominate identified Primary 3 students for the application of this award and help existing applicants renew their award.
